Hemp protein has all of the essential amino acids and is, therefore, a great source of protein. This bread is a bit heavy, slightly moist and has a thick crunchy crust.
The flavor is similar to rye bread; slightly more nutty and earthy (comes from the hemp protein flour mainly).
